Telecom Management Jobs description
A telecom management position is found in telecom companies, agencies, or departments. Telecom management jobs are responsible for leading a team of telecom engineers, service technicians, installers, network engineers, data analysts, satellite TV installers, wiremen, team leaders, telecom executives, telecom specialists, or similar positions.Telecom managerial positions in the junior level include team leaders, lead engineers, lead service technicians, and telecom managers. The middle-level management may comprise of senior managers, directors, senior telecom directors, vice president – telecommunications, telecommunications officer, senior engineers, system administrators, and so on. Like any other company, a telecom company has a chief operating officer, chief financial officer, chief executive officer, and executive director at the top management level.
Telecom managerial positions generally require several years of experience in the respective fields. Some positions which require critical knowledge of the telecom sector may demand a telecommunications degree or certification. With IT and telecom needs of organizations continuously increasing, the scope and growth in this sector is tremendous.
