Telecom Analyst Jobs description
A telecom analyst is responsible for new accounts assigned; compiling telecom services inventory; analysis and investigation of telecom usage charges with the help of invoices and customer service representatives; identifying billing errors; working in collaboration with people from other divisions like telecom, networking system, IT, finance, etc. A telecom analyst may also be required to offer technical advice to employees in other divisions, handle minute technical issues in absence of technicians, analyze the networking aspects of the organization, administer data download usage logs, and suggest appropriate internet connection plans.Positions related to a telecom analyst include that of a senior telecom analyst, telecom specialist, network analyst, it security professional, technical support executive, and field service technician.
Telecom analyst jobs usually require a bachelor\'s degree preferably in telecommunications or a relevant certification. Prior experience working with an IT or telecom company in a similar role may be helpful.
