Los Angeles-Area Job Fair Expecting Thousands

Organizers of Tuesday’s City of Industry Job Fair & Expo expect more than 2,000 jobseekers. Last year, 1,400 attended.Forty-five employers and exhibitors plan to attend, including 24 Hour Fitness, the LAPD and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Los Angeles county has a 11.4% unemployment rate.
The event, at the Industry Hills Expo Center, is free.
