Aerospace company Raytheon will consolidate about 1,500 jobs in northern Virginia.
The Massachusetts-based company will move into four buildings near Dulles Airport that have been vacated by AOL.
Raytheon’s consolidation is expected to add about 100 new jobs over the next three years. But most of the jobs are being relocated from existing sites in Falls Church, Reston and Herndon.
The state is providing a $500,000 grant to Raytheon. Maryland and the District of Columbia had also competed for the site.
What I liked about the service is that it had such a comprehensive collection of jobs! I was using a number of sites previously and this took up so much time, but in joining EmploymentCrossing, I was able to stop going from site to site and was able to find everything I needed on EmploymentCrossing.
