No Corp to Corp Client seeking an experienced Avaya Systems Engineer for a Full Time position in the Irvine, CA area that will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and support of Telecommunications technical solutions. The Engineer will work closely with IT Management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. Certifications in Avaya Unified Communications and Call Center technologies is preferred along with a minimum of 7 - 10 years hands on experience with Avaya call center and Avaya Aura technologies in large call center environments. Avaya System Manager and Session Manager design, implementation, and support are required. Also required is a working knowledge and experience in SIP communication. A working knowledge of Ethernet networking (TCP/IP, DNS, switching) and a minimum of 3-years' experience with Networking technologies. Cisco CCNA is a plus. Candidate must have an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management to include business and technical communities. Candidate must be a process-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. A thorough knowledge of integration best practices is critical to successful performance in this role and must be a highly motivated self-started and self-directed individual.
