Sales Support and Upsell Representative - COE','1719878','','Cox Communications','!*!The Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing sales support to customers in a high volume Center of Excellence (COE); ensures accurate and timely order entry, follows-up with customers on incomplete orders, and upsells to increase revenue and provide exceptional customer service. This position has sales accountability and performance measures. Access and updates customer accounts for address changes, add/returned equipment service order deposits, etc., using complex automated bill system.Ensures customers have requested service by provisioning modems for high speed internet, sending hits to converters, etc.Processes referral and affinity program leads, employee account changes, drop ship, LifeLine, TPV failures, etc., accurately and timely.Assists internal customers with account lookups and modifications via phone.Conducts internal and external credit checks.Schedules product installations and contact customers with installation dates/times.Processes customer deposits received via telephone.Performs other duties as assigned.','','','!*!Minimum
High school diploma or GED1 years of experience in
