Job Summary

Secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively lead internal resources to deliver solutions across the Ericsson portfolio allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Act with authority to develop both internal and external relationships to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating and implementing sales strategies for Radio Access Network (RAN)-based Technologies. This job is based in Denver, Colorado.

*Maximize customer relationship & build loyalty *Sales opportunity creation *Generate profitable sales *Secure seamless transition to operations *Lead the core team including solutions and project operations *Work with customers and team on business models and commercial terms

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree from an accredited university *10 years of sales experience or working directly with customers including experience of closing sales deals *10 years of experience in Telecommunications *5+ years of selling RAN technologies *Drive all business development & sales activities for a specific part of the RAN portfolio *Must have excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.

Additional qualifications:

*MS or MBA *Solid base of technical understanding across Ericsson portfolio. *Innovative and creative *Intellectual ability & Strategic thinking *Accountable, committed, and credible *Passionate to win *Perseverant *Result oriented *Proactive and Responsive

Travel is required 20-25%
