I. Job Summary: The primary function of the RF Engineer II is to take ownership of geographical regions in the network. The position involves a range of responsibilities spanning network design/performance/optimization/capacity, as well as in-building, handset testing, customer tickets and other activities required to build and maintain a wireless network. CDMA/EVDO and LTE technology proficiency is preferred. Hands-on experience with ALU network platform is a plus.
II. Qualification Requirements:
a. Education: BSEE or equivalent work experience
b. Experience: 5 years related experience and/or training
c. Skills Summary: RF Design, Optimization, Capacity and Performance Engineering.
d. Special Requirements: Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Valid driver’s license is required.
