You will be a critical member of a team that is responsible for maintaining communication capabilities across the organization. This is an ideal role for an individual to join the team and have significant growth opportunities throughout the broader network engineering team. Customer service mindset to communicate with end users.Prepare reports relevant to the telecommunications operations.Administers and maintains the Nortel CS1000 PBX.Administers and maintains Avaya CallPilot Voice mail system.Coordinates and performs all telephony repair services as needed.Coordinates and performs all moves, adds and changes to analog devices, digital phone sets, and VoIP phone sets.Support and maintain RF devices.Update and maintain documentation of all adds, moves, and changes.Exceed or meet SLA's.Maintain and organize telephony inventory.Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain all ISDN Lines.Troubleshoot PRI/T1/DID issues.Outside plant troubleshooting for maintaining multiple buildings.What You Need:Experience with Nortel CS1000 PBX.Experience with 66 and 110 blocks.Experience with 25 / 50 /100 pair etc CAT3 cabling.Experience with Mitel SX-200 and Mitel 3300 experience is a plus.Additional Qualifications:Years of Experience: Associate's Degree and 4 Yrs of PBX Experience or BS and 2 Yrs of PBX Experience.Minimum Education Required: Associate’s Degree.About Us:Attain is a place for great ideas and the people who have them.
