Work You ll DoDevelop, create and modify custom developed technology solutions for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, performance testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment. Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Oversee teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Execute full system development life cycle implementations. Execute end-to-end systems development life cycle (SDLC) client contract installations/implementations using Salesforce.com and Pega to provide automated real time status monitoring systems. Oversee teams in conducting fit-gap analysis and assessing the ability of technical and architectural solutions to meet the required functionality. Lead integration testing for .NET application intake, case management, integrated eligibility and cloud based workflow management systems. Design end-to-end enterprise scale workflow management systems, dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators (KPI) by integrating Data mart, Salesforce.com and Pega. Develop business process models using Microsoft Visio for program setup within claims adjudication engines and financial system setup within SAP. Guide teams in building enterprise scale implementation project plans for managing cross functional business processes and activities, and developing procedures for claims reporting setup. Create SQL queries and excel macros/formulas to automate daily defect status reporting. Lead a team providing solution development and application architecture using JEE/J2EE and .Net. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Telecommunications, Engineering (any), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.Five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Performing end-to-end SDLC client contract installations/implementations using Salesforce.com and Pega to provide automated real time status monitoring systems;Conducting fit-gap analysis and assessing the ability of technical and architectural solutions to meet the required functionality;Conducting integration testing for .NET application intake, case management, integrated eligibility and cloud based workflow management systems;Designing end-to-end enterprise scale workflow management systems, dashboards and reports to measure KPI's by integrating Data mart, Salesforce.com and Pega;Developing business process models using Microsoft Visio for program setup within claims adjudication engines and financial system setup within SAP;Building enterprise scale implementation project plans for managing cross functional business processes and activities, and developing procedures for claims reporting setup;Creating SQL queries and excel macros/formulas to automate daily defect status reporting;Providing solution development and application architecture using JEE/J2EE and .Net.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.80% travel required to various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
