Job Summary

The primary goal is to work closely with our Sr. Director, Wireless on Comcast’s wireless offload program. You will work towards supporting the development and execution of building the wireless offload platform with a particular emphasis on day-to-day management of the program. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, financially astute and comfortable navigating ambiguity with ease. You must be able to own projects and synthesize information independently, as well as forecast upcoming needs for the team as the organization continues to grow. This role is perfect for someone who wants to add immediate value to our offload strategy, play a key role in program development and implementation, and work collaboratively with several stakeholders across the organization.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Own program budget & forecast and partner with key stakeholders

Analyze trial results to inform decision making on network deployment

Manage components of the various trials and launches

Partner with build strategy team to refine approach and ensure business case compliance

Assist in communication of results, status, risks, etc.

Attend and represent the Offload team in cross functional meetings

Drive and maintain a startup culture within the larger organization, focused on high-quality, rapid execution

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience:

5-7 years of professional experiences

Experience in the wireless industry (specifically around OEM / network / RF design, Spectrum Product launch, data analytics, business case analysis) preferred

Enthusiastic and a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Being able to plan and organize with and through people is essential to success.

Prior experience working with Engineering teams is a plus but not required

Demonstrates ability to improve processes and manage projects independently

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Excellent analytical skills
