Telecom Sales Jobs description
A telecom sales person has to be current with all the technical advances that are taking place in the telecom industry, so that he/she is equipped to provide solutions to the problems that the clients may be facing as regards their network, connections, telephone system and other related issues. While maintaining contacts with the clients the telecom sales representative also has to build and expand the clientele base. The prime concern of the telecom sales job is keeping the customers happy. You have to provide answers to all the queries of the customers and ensure that all their complaints are sorted out.It is very important for the telecom sales representative to have good communication skills, both oral as well as written. The job demands that the person be very convincing and diligent. Although there is no real requirement of a degree in sales, business management degree with specialization in sales will help you in this field
