A telecom contracts manager initiates and finalizes contract negotiations in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and client requirements and will oversee the drafting and negotiation of sales agreements, the implementation of contractual terms, and the development and negotiation of amendments. A telecom contracts manager is responsible for the drafting, reviewing and negotiating sales and licensing agreements and advising sales forces, customer service staffs and business directors on legal issues and makes sure that processes related to contracts and tenders are efficient and carried out according to company policies. A telecom contracts manager consults with other sections to support the overall efficiency of the tendering process. As well as participate as a member in the tender opening committee by registering tender opening report and ensures that the responsible parties sign the same. A telecom contracts manager makes sure that contracts/ tenders do not run against the interests of company from a formal point of view and are in line with legal regulations and ensures highest level of quality for contracts and constantly works towards the goal of speeding up cycle time.

A telecom contracts job requires a bachelor\'s degree or a diploma in telecommunication. A telecom contracts manager should establish and organize contract team as well as foster co-operation and team spirit. A telecom contracts manager should be able to carry out internal communication, hold meetings, motivate one-to-one and team building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
