TelecomCrossing is an affiliate of EmploymentCrossing, a powerful job-portal site dedicated to helping professionals in almost 100 fields find success in their careers. EmploymentCrossing is an offshoot of the realization of a career goal for its founder and CEO, A. Harrison Barnes. As an attorney, he became both fascinated and frustrated with the legal recruiting system. After having gone through the job-search process himself, he determined that the main problem was a lack of a central source where professionals could go to find a position. So his career goal became to find attorneys jobs. He started a recruiting firm, BCG Attorney Search, and successfully and consistently amassed the largest and most complete list of positions. He then started Legal Authority, a less exclusive service that offers job seekers access to all of the legal employers in specific regions. Due to the high cost of such a service, however, Barnes wanted to go one step further to give every job seeker in the legal industry the resources to find a job. That's where he got the idea for LawCrossing, an affordable database that showcases all of the jobs available for the legal industry from employer career webpages, job boards, and newspaper classified ads. Seeing that LawCrossing was a success, Barnes expanded with EmploymentCrossing and its affiliate sites, including TelecomCrossing. The aim of TelecomCrossing is to find people jobs and provide them with information to advance their careers in the telecom industry.
TelecomCrossing is unlike so many other job-board sites on the Internet today. For starters, we do not keep members' resumes on file. This is because our purpose is to help job seekers, not to sell their resumes to employers. We also do not charge employers hundreds of dollars to post jobs with us. Instead, we have a dedicated team of researchers that seeks out every telecom job on company sites, in newspapers, and on other job boards. We pool every available source to create what Barnes envisioned as the ultimate centralized job-search resource. Our members pay just a small monthly fee for access to our exclusive job boards. This ensures that only the most qualified and serious-minded professionals can see the jobs we post, and it also guarantees a smaller applicant pool for the positions we feature.
But TelecomCrossing is also so much more than a job-portal site. We offer members the latest industry news, insights, career advice, market reports, and professional profiles with weekly articles and videos. Not only do we centralize job opportunities, we also centralize all of the information you need to make your career a success. Instead of reading all of the leading industry trade publications, like Telecommunications Magazine, Call Center Magazine, Call Center News, CED Magazine, Total Telecom, Information Week, Rural Telecommunications, Telepress, and CommVerge, you can find all of the information you need on TelecomCrossing.
Sign up today to see how effective and easy it is to take the next step in your career with TelecomCrossing. You can browse hundreds of open positions by keyword, post date, location, or years of required experience. As a member, you will also have access to all of EmploymentCrossing's affiliate sites, such as InformationTechnologyCrossing. All you have to do is join.

We monitor their websites, we monitor other job boards—we do whatever it takes to provide you with every quality job that matches your interests that we can find.
You can trust TelecomCrossing because we work for you—the job seeker—and not employers or recruiters. Our job is to find you job openings that match your needs, not to sell job ads. TelecomCrossing is a job-opening research company and not a job ad sales company. TelecomCrossing works for you.
