3) Cisco Cube Experience, 5 yearsof experience plus

In need of Advanced Cisco Engineer to assist with Cisco network and Cisco VoIP support. The VoIP environment contains Cisco Call Manger 8.6, Unity Connection, UCM 8.5, and Cisco Cube. Network that serves over 5,000 users.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
-Expert knowledge of Call Center technologies and solutions, specifically Cisco's UCM and Cube

-Knowledge of SIP Trunking (Carrier side)

-Knowledge of Call Center supporting applications such as ticketing system, workforce management and voice recording

-Strong working knowledge of Networking Fundamentals including

VPN Connectivity & Troubleshooting and SIP trunk knowledge

-5 years of experience working with Cisco call center systems

-CCVP preferred

--Has worked with a provider-Large PLUS
